The next Northern Beaches Book Fair will take place on the weekend of 25-27 November at Balgowlah Boys High, Sydney Road & Maretimo Street, Balgowlah.

Opening Times:

Fri    25 Nov       4pm -- 9pm

Sat   26 Nov       9am -- 5pm

Sun  27 Nov       9am -- 2pm

Our team of hard-working Book Room volunteers do a huge job sorting and presenting over 20,000 books for each Book Fair. So please come along and bring family and friends and spend some time and money at our Book Lovers Paradise which will support Lifeline's important programs in our local community.

 

An exhibition and sale of hand-painted porcelain will be held at the Cubby House in Oyster Bay Oval, Como Road, Oyster Bay from 12:30 to 4:30pm on Friday 25th and from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday 26th and 27th November 2011. It will include exhibits from Shire artists who rank highly in State and National competitions. Admission is free.

 

The annual Qantas Jumbo Joy flight in association with the Rotary Club of Turramurra, will take to the skies on Saturday 26th November 2011. The flight will carry some 300 disabled and disadvantaged children on a once in a lifetime trip aboard a Boeing 747. The Rotary club needs your support and donations are much needed. Come and join the residents of Katoomba for a Community Carols Night on Saturday December 10th 2011 at the Blue Mountains Grammar Junior School Hall. It will be held from 4:30 to 8pm. Presented by The Rotary Club of Central Blue Mountains and Wentworth Falls Chamber of Commerce. Fun pre-carols activities for the family including bands, face painting, St John Ambulance display and much, much more!
