2UE's Clinton Maynard
Clinton Maynard is 2UE's Head of News who can be heard reading during drive and occasionally filling in for on-air presenters.
Clinton has a decade's experience working in Sydney's media, spending most of that time working as a reporter with 2UE.
Clinton has covered many of the biggest stories of recent years.
He traveled to Bali to cover the Schapelle Corby and Bali 9 stories, went to Thailand and Indonesia to report of the Boxing Day Tsunami, reported from Singapore on the execution of young Australian Van Nguyen, witnessed the rescue of Beaconsfield Miners Todd Russell and Brant Webb and covered the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.
He has also worked as a political reporter and crime reporter, both on Radio and Television. Clinton is also a Commercial Radio Award winner and a finalist in the Walkleys.
Clinton lives in Sydney's Sutherland Shire with his wife and away from radio is a passionate Cronulla Sharks supporter and music lover.
