Driving you home at the end of the day, nothing is sacred with 2UE’s Two Murrays. They leave no stone unturned – jumping into the thick of the day’s news, sport and current affairs armed with their trademark enthusiasm, bravado and quick tongues. With more than five decades combined radio experience under their belts, this dynamic duo can speak with some authority - and a lot of humour – on just about any topic that matters to you!
Enjoy everything you need to know in the comfort of your car or kitchen - share a laugh with Murray Olds and Murray Wilton as they present the new Late Drive.
Murray Wilton started out in radio in 1986 as a Control Room Operator at 2GB in Sydney. He moved to 2GN Goulburn two years later where he hosted the Morning Show and expanded into Sales and Promotions. Within 2 years Murray was working at 2CC Canberra presenting a talk-based morning music program before returning to Sydney’s 2UE in 1991. Working on air filling in for Gary O'Callaghan, in addition to working as a panel operator for Alan Jones, Murray was appointed Promotions Manager in 1997 and National Marketing Manager in 2000.
After nearly a decade with 2UE, Murray presented weeknights for several years at 2GB and weekends over Summer. Returning to 2UE, Murray Wilton battled wits with Clive Robertson on the Weekend Afternoon show before joining long-time friend and colleague Murray Olds on 2UE Drive as 'The Two Murrays'. He has a keen interest in photography and continues his studies in Agriculture. When not on air you'll find Murray on his property in Gunning, south of Goulburn. Murray is also a councillor for the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW.
After two years hosting Drive on 2UE, the Murrays take over the wheel of new Late Drive Show in 2011.
