Since then, he’s covered everything from Rugby League and the Sydney Olympics to numerous City to Surfs and State and Federal elections – and anything else that qualifies as news. He was affectionately known as the 'Co-Driver' of the popular John Laws Morning Show.
Stuart broadcast live from Brisbane as the 2011 Queensland Flood disaster reached its climax. While covering breaking news developments, Stuart delivered insightful interviews with people on the ground including Prime Minister Julia Gillard at the Showground Evacuation Centre and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott on the banks of the flooded Brisbane River.
