Childcare and rebates for families is something the PM & Treasurer appear to be conducting a class warfare over. Tony Abbott discusses his plans with David Oldfield.

Also, the Opposition Leader says he respects the choice of his sister to declare she's in a lesbian relationship.

Christine Foster has come out publicly as a gay rights campaigner and is at odds with her brother about same sex marriage.

Tony Abbott has told David Oldfield while he won't change his mind, he respects her decision.

He also discusses Prime Minister Julia Gillard and says she must stop relying on Craig Thomson's vote in parliament in the wake of the ACTU's decision to suspend the Health Services Union, Opposition Leader Tony Abbott says.

  • Put your hand up if you`d be happy to put your kids in long day care with married homosexuals in charge, didn`t think you would, so why are we being asked to condone their behaviour ?

  • Everyone who has argued for introduction of same-sex marriage and has called people who support the Opposition's stance names like homophobe, bigot and ignoramus should APOLOGIZE to Mr. Abbott and others.

The fact that we cannot disagree without being subject to the name-calling that we are subject to is ridiculous. Why are people allowed to call supporters of an exclusive idea of marriage these names?

  • Tony Abbott's blinded , brotherly "respect" is clearly misplaced here.
