  • In the Army, all the intelligent, good, respected-caring Officers and NCO's "play the game" very tough but always fair and they lead by great example! Quickly recognizing their men who need extra help in some areas and then bringing the very best out of the grateful soldier! Thus, earning respect from their loyal men and keeping up the moral and esprit de corps. To do otherwise could simply endanger the bully, in a full tactical situation, especially if down-range, with live ammunition being fired!

  • Ever since the 'admitted' bully-boy, Retired Army Colonel Andrew Wilkie (MHR) spent his time in the Army, things must of improved/changed! According to Neil James, President of The Australian Defence Association. Or maybe people just "cannot-remember" what really happened!
