Washington dismisses Libya's ceasefire claims

An Australian aid worker is being detained in Libya after becoming involved in a murky legal case. Jason Morrison with James, the brother of Alexandra Bean who hasn't been arrested, but stopped from leaving.

Police are investigating reports she was sexually assaulted by a senior Libyan health official.
