Bill Pulver to head Australia Rugby Union

Sydney businessman and self-confessed rugby tragic Bill Pulver, father of collar bomb hoax victim Maddeline, says he's excited and privileged to be appointed the CEO of Australian Rugby Union.

Mr Pulver tells Tim & Tracey he's passionate about the game, having played himself for the University of New South Wales, and having strong connections to junior rugby.
