Campaign to stop cyber-bullying

A major campaign has been launched to tackle cyber-bullying. New government guidelines have been adopted by social media networks like Facebook and Google to develop acceptable behaviour online.

Experts say it will do little to change behaviour and parents need to take more responsibility. Author Brett Murray tells Jason Morrison, if there's to be any change in behaviour - it all comes back to the parents.
