The advances in the treatment of cancer is growing, particularly prostate cancer. Stuart Bocking speaks with two sufferers, who outline their treatment choices after forgoing traditional prostate surgery.

David Frogart was booked in for radical surgery a week after he was diagnosed with prostate cancer; he cancelled the surgery and sought a second opinion in New York. David ended up in Germany where he underwent successful hypothermia treatment of his prostate cancer.

And Michael Shirley is particularly against the surgical intervention of prostate cancer having successfully shrunk his cancer through a healthy lifestyle.
