  • And the same statistic could be well applied i.e 1 in 5 drivers on our roads being high risk - especially alcohol and other drug affected drivers, most P plate drivers and riders and simple boofheads that also have no regard for other road users. Then there is the band of other smart arse impatient ones that show no common courtesy
