More than symbolism needed to help the indigenous community

Indigenous Australians should be recognised in the body of our constitution and racist sections should be scrapped, an expert panel recommends. George & Paul on the debate with Keith Windschuttle.

Forget about writing recognition for indigenous into the Australian Constitution what I want is severe penalties (gaol not fines) for the Government ignoring the Constitution and referendums, 5 referendums saying no to industrial laws for the Commonwealth Government, the Constitution only allows:-"Conciliation and arbitration for the prevention and settlement of industrial disputes extending beyond the limits of any one State" nothing else NO workchoices no nothing (except for Victoria)
I feel if there were penalties attached to the Constitution there would be many Politicians in Gaol where they belong!
