    Years ago the cops would sneak around the pub & club carparks and put stickers on the bumper bars but they stopped it, maybe the do gooders complained.

  • If the incompetent movers and shakers really wanted to stop drunks driving, they would have police outside of crowded hotels and club car parks etc and as the drunks drove out, pick them off like flies. The boozy car parks would soon be empty and we would all be much safer with many lives saved.
