No Shavon like I said in the previous comment all you have to do is write 1 line to get credit for a song. Baby was written by: Justin Bieber, Christopher Tricky Stewart, Terius The-Dream Nash, Christopher Bridges and Christina Milian. That is not writing your own song. Writing your own song is YOU writing your OWN song not you and 4 other people. I have recorded multiple pop artists and that is how it works. All Justin Beiber had to write was the chours Baby, Baby, Baby and he would have gotten credit for it. Also you can buy the rights to the song and you never even have to say who wrote it if the writer gives you full ownership. Surley you aren't that niave.
