Juliar is arrogant and showed the Queen disrespect by not curtseying. It is a wonder Juliar did not give a gidday and a slap on the back when meeting the Queen. How embarrassing for the Queen to meet a world leader who has no idea about etiquette or have any decorum.
The Queen is a Lady, of exemplarily behaviour and beyond reproach whom deserves the utmost respect unlike what anyone would think of Juliar who is totally bankrupt of such qualities.

The best succession plan would be to cast Prince Charlie aside and 'annoint' his son, William as the monarch designate. Poor ole Charlie is a bit of a knucklehead!
