More warnings on carbon tax impact

Posted by: 2UE | 3 April, 2012 - 12:00 PM
Carbon is not climate pollution, just an excuse for propaganda?

Prime Minister Julia Gillard maintains she's made the right decision to push ahead with the carbon tax, even though it's opposed by most.

A recent opinion poll shows 60-percent of voters don't want the tax, believing it will pushup prices.

Some Labor backbenchers say the decision is hurting the party, and the Government can no longer "spin" it's way out of the problem.

Now, another industry is speaking out against the tax and as David Oldfield points out, says it will mean job losses.

There are new signs of division within the illard Government, as voter-support plunges, and it sticks doggedly to the Carbon Tax.

As Michael Pachi reports, Julia Gillard's response is that her Government has "a lot of work" to do to explain the Tax.

  • Where do you apply for a cushy, highly-paid, light duties job on the global warming-carbon tax gravy train? I just love 1st class overseas travel and 5 star hotel resorts, socialising and fine wines/dining etc all for free on the taxpayers' worn-out credit card. The only problem is where would you go for holidays? No wonder these fraudulent global warming, alarmists-scammers are so fiercely defensive! Who would want to lose a dream job/life like theirs! Obedient, discredited hypocrite Labor Global Warming Minister, the plastic, gutless union hero Greg Combet should leave Australia forever, along with his lousy Labor mates in govt.
