The same thing happens between the States, when you ring 131 555 to report tossers throwing cigarette butts out of cars and rubbish or smoking vehicles they will only do NSW registered vehicles as they have told me the other States charge for the information.
Is this the Commonwealth of Australia OR a hotch potch of States and Territories?

Sounds about right, because it's NSW Liberal Party, Federal Labor are putting up barriers to help those most in need of help with the cost of electricity, but gauranteed if State Gov. was in Labor hands this info would be handed out with no hassels.
