Skeptic Lord Monckton dismisses the UN climate change crusaders

I do not even talk about Climate Change just the failure of successive governments to invest in water and energy infrastructure to ensure the sustainability of Australia. The ETS is another way for global bankers to create a hedge fund and make more money. We already know the mess they got us into with trading money not real goods. The idea of incetivising households will have real and immediate effects. We have been propping up the foreign owned car industry here for 6 decades why not a few dollars to reduce our carbon emissions in each household. The incentive for State governments to sell off our energy assets might be a little less appealing to foreign buyers. We need to talk about sustainability and our security and we are not doing that.

One does not need to be a scientist or any kind of climate expert to consider the following: Why all the climate alarmists, with Al Gore in the lead, refuse to accept the challenge of an unconditional public debate with Christopher Monckton? After all, Al Gore has the truth - the Inconvenient Truth - on his side, doesn't he?

"david brown", if you are consistent in applying the logic in your argument then why do place such faith in AL GORE.
Al Gore is NOT A SCIENTIST.
Al Gore is a FAILED POLITICIAN.Please enlighten us.

monckton is a fraud. he has no science qualifications, certainly did not win the nobel prize as he claims. oh and he is also funded by the oil industry. to call a fraud a fraud is apprently an ad homiinem attack and apparently proves that the world is not warming?? of course the persistent ad hominen attacks on al gore by 2ue presenters must prove that climate change is reality

Thank You Thank you Mr Ball. Mr Abbott is RIGHT the AGW CPRS ETS is absolutely CRAP. The Labor Party is perpetrating a fraud on the Australian People. It is my will that the government cease and desist from presenting the CPRS legislation again to the parliament and the senate in February 2010. Brad
It is also my will that all senators reject the legislation if it is presented a third time and bring on an election.Brad Saturday 6 February, 2010 - 5:01 PM -
