Should the national anthem be sung at school assemblies?

Parents are being told it's their job to get their children to study - with reports schools are bribing students to get them to learn. Jason Morrison reveals attendance rates at some schools have dropped to as low as 60%.

Some students are being bribed with ipods, barbecues and free lunches to get them into the class room.
