Sydney land values have dropped

Real Estate prices in Sydney continue to skyrocket

Real estate experts say it's no surprise Sydney's residential land values dropped for the first time in 6 years.

Prices have fallen by .24% in the past year with the biggest falls recorded around the city's east and lower north shore.

Christian Payne from the Real Estate Institute says he expects more people will move out to Sydney's western suburbs.
