Tony Abbott praise for his honesty?
Tony Abbott's thoughts on sex before marriage, do we really care? John Stanley says it's fine he's receiving praise for honest answers, but it's policy, not advice in the bedroom we need him to be honest about.

i think tony is right. he should go further and say that even men shouldn't waste their virginity before marriage. men and women should have s_x with only one partner throughout their life.

Looks like Tony Abbott has won all of the Muslim vote. Tony Abbott was being asked what he would say to his OWN daughters, not anybody else's. Note; Tony Abbott has 3 daughters, not sons.

Typical John Stanley comments, I believe he was asked about his own daughters, not giving advice to women in general. The media have tried very hard to beat this story up, accusing him of being too religious and telling women what to do with their sex lives. John Stanley even tries to link it to global warming, nice tangent ,John. Seems to me there is a lot Labor lovers worried about Tony, this constant criticism of everything he says, means they are concerned he is connecting with the general public.

The Bible old testment in the proverbs, the lord talking to the man in many locations but what I found that is most effective is proverbs "22:14. The mouth of a strange woman is a deep pit: he whom the Lord is angry with, shall fall into it."
and in the new testment Matthew 5:28 "But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
This is what the good book is saying,
A true believer, will obay the lord's words

What kind of parent would encourage their daughter to have sex before marriage?! Men are the only winners when it comes to sleeping around. They don't have to pay for sex any more.Women on the other hand may have an unplanned pregnancy which could result in the trauma of an abortion or an adoption or just rearing a child on her own;get a sexually transmitted disease that may affect their fertility or cause death (AIDS);be on long term contraceptive methods that may agin cause infertility or breast cancer(see breast cancer website);multiple sex partners also increase the risk of cervical cancer(HPV virus). There is a now a vaccine to help eliminate this virus but how many new vaccines have to be created to offset the continually evolving cycle of mutating sexual diseases? There are only so many vaccines the human body can take?
I doubt whether you would find a religion that supports pre- marital sex. The Muslim faith has very strict rules on this matter.
Go Tony!
