Cast you minds back to when the Chaser did CNNNN. They did a similar skit in reference to Ronald McDonald House and it was just as purile as what aired the other night. The ABC has long not answered to broadcasting standards, it is time to bring them in line with the rest of the media in obeying the Broadcasting Act.
Anyone that defends these toerags now will just prove how far community standards have slipped.

All I can say is that it is obvious that these guys do not have children of their own.

This is the most DISGUSTING THING that I have seen, not only by talking about children but by the use of death being funny, they maybe have neve LOST any one that they care about being YOUNG or OLD with Cancer or for any other reason, and I find it really disgusting that the ABC who is funded by the Government should NOW take all the comments by the nation and AXE this so called Comedy program.

I must say that I thank "The Chaser". What this has done, is to remind me that organisations such as "Make A Wish" need our help. So I called them and gave a donation and setup a direct debit from my families bank account of $50 a month. The Chasers however should be sacked today without waiting, the ABC still does not realise what it has done to the wider audience because it is still showing the episode tonight, albiet without the cancer skit, but the fact still remains that it shouldn't be shown at all. I feel for the families affected by this, as a father I cannot fathom how you would cope with such a loss. Please ABC do the right thing for once and throw these idiots out the door.

I was absolutely appalled that anyone would find it remotely funny to create a skit about sick children, as if it was not bad enough that they would make fun of children who had cancer but the last line of the skit made me feel absolutely sick to say that it would be a waste when they are going to die anyone, surely there are enough people working on this show that someone might have suggested that this is way beyond the boundary of good taste. I am also apalled that anyone would allow their children to act in a skit like this, they should pay a visit to see some of the children fighting for their lives in hospital to see their is no humour in this, but then I would not want them with their attitude to visit my sick child.
