 Terms and Conditions

1.    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.
2.    The Promoter is Radio 2UE 170 Pacific Hwy, Greenwich 2065 NSW.
3.    The promotion period begins at 6:00am Monday 17th Nov 2008 and ends on Monday 1st December 2008 at 9:00am
4.    Entry is open to Australian residents only and entry is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of Conditions of Entry.
5.    Fairfax Radio, Ilve and Designer Homeware employees, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are excluded from entry.
6.    To be eligible to enter listeners must register call through on 13 13 32 when they hear the 2UE secret kitchen sound.
7.    Listeners can only qualify once for the major prize draw.
8.    Three callers will be given the chance each day to guess the sound.
9.    The person who guesses it correctly will win the major prize and win a Gift voucher from Hoyts.
10.    Contestants who answer incorrectly do not win any prizes.
11.    For each day the 3 listeners answer it incorrectly, the Hoyts gift card jackpots by $50.
12.    One winner will be drawn as the major prize winner on Monday 1st December 2008.
13.    The prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
14.    The “prize” is six kitchen appliances:
•        Ilve Cooker (PTW1006MP)

•        Ilve Rangehood (X200-100)

•        Ilve Fridge (RT 90 SBS)

•        Ilve Microwave (WD900ESL)

•        Ilve Dishwasher (WQP12 9346A)

•        Ilve Sink (FL 101)

15.    One entrant will be awarded with all kitchen appliances.
16.    Total value of prizes = $31279.00AUD only.
17.    The winner will be notified by phone, and in writing.
18.    Entrants must be in the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
19.    All prizes will be delivered to an address of the winner’s choice in the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
20.    There will be a different secret sound for every session.
21.    If the winner cannot take their prize in the time stipulated their prize will be forfeited, and a replacement prize or money will not be awarded in lieu.
22.    Any additional expenses incurred by accepting this prize are the responsibility of the winner.
23.    No discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of any winning entrants.
24.    By accepting the prize, winners agree that 2UE & Fairfax Radio Network can use their name, location, photo (taken in conjunction with the prize) and audio of winning for publicity purposes.
25.    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash and can not be sold.
26.    Prize winner must be 18 years or over.
27.    This is a game of chance and the judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
28.    Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
29.    All contestants release from, and indemnify 2UE and Fairfax Radio Network against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income and/or personal injury.
30.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
31.    All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only and will be destroyed twelve months after the competition has ceased.
23.    Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database & the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference/payment/compensation to the entrant. Entrants’ personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter, and may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access/update/correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
